In the framework of the EU project Coastour, the Centre for Development And Knowledge Transfer, University of Primorska<\/a>, Faculty of Management <\/a>hosted a consortium meeting of project partners from five European countries – Denmark, Lithuania, Italy, Portugal and Slovenia:

3. Promos Italia<\/a> Italia
4. Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ponta Delgada<\/a>
5. Univerza na Primorskem<\/a> \/ University of Primorska
6. Klaip\u0117dos prekybos, pramon\u0117s ir amat\u0173 r\u016bmai (Klaip\u0117da Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts)<\/a>

The meeting was welcomed with opening speeches by the Vice-Mayor of the Municipality of Koper <\/a>, Mrs. Mateja Hrvatin Kozlovi\u010d,<\/a> and the Dean of the Faculty of Management, University of Primorska, Dr. Tatjana Horvat<\/a>. In the framework of the meeting, Grand Hotel Koper (www.grandkoper.com<\/a>) presented its sustainable tourism story.

The consortium meeting marked an important project milestone – the successful completion of the 1st call for companies to finance sustainable measures in their business. The project is implemented by the Faculty of management, University of Primorska<\/a>, University of Primorska, Faculty of Tourism Studies – Turistica<\/a> in cooperation with the University of Primorska<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
