This time, the programme offers a diverse range of timely and relevant topics in creativity, sustainability, entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence, and the green and digital transition. Once again, all training sessions will take place online, with sessions for academic staff starting on 10 September and sessions for non-academic staff on 17 September.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BIKE-HEI (Boosting Innovative and Knowledge-based Entrepreneurship of HEIs) is an international project jointly implemented by the University of Alicante, the University of Primorska, Saarland University, and Mariupol State University, all members of the Transform4Europe Alliance. With a strong emphasis on the green and digital transition, the project strengthens innovation ecosystems, supports start-ups, and promotes entrepreneurship based on artificial intelligence. BIKE-HEI creates new business opportunities for innovative entrepreneurs in the fields of environmental protection, climate action, and the green economy, while enhancing the role of universities in regional innovation systems and supporting the development of spin-off companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Why join?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>gain new knowledge in the fields of artificial intelligence, digitalisation and modern digital tools,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>develop creative and innovative thinking and explore methods for generating new ideas,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>enhance their understanding of sustainable marketing and sustainable innovation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>strengthen their entrepreneurial competencies and their ability to identify and develop business opportunities,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>learn approaches to strengthening organisational resilience and adapting to change,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>deepen their understanding of open science, innovation and knowledge transfer, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>receive a certificate upon successful completion of the training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The programme is delivered by renowned international and national experts, and participants who successfully complete the training will receive a certificate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Training for academic staff<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The programme includes training sessions for university academic and non-academic staff. Registered participants will receive access links and detailed instructions in due time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All learning materials will be available in the online learning platform (<a href=\"https:\/\/course.bike-hub.eu\">https:\/\/course.bike-hub.eu<\/a>), where participants are required to register before the start of the programme.
