The public\u00a0call for funding\u00a0is\u00a0implemented under the\u00a02021\u20132027 Programme,\u00a0Policy Objective 1: A more competitive\u00a0and smarter Europe\u00a0by promoting innovative\u00a0and smart economic\u00a0transformation and regional\u00a0ICT connectivity;\u00a0Priority 1: Innovative\u00a0Knowledge Society;\u00a0Specific Objective 1.1: Developing and enhancing\u00a0research and innovation\u00a0capacities and the\u00a0uptake of advanced\u00a0technologies.<\/p>\n<p data-assistant-stream-block=\"\" data-assistant-stream-block-index=\"2\">The University of\u00a0Primorska, together with\u00a0its consortium partners, the\u00a0University of Ljubljana\u00a0and the\u00a0University of Maribor, submitted a joint\u00a0proposal under the\u00a0call entitled\u00a0&#8220;Consortium of University\u00a0Offices for Strengthening\u00a0Knowledge Transfer Support\u00a0Capacity (UNIK@TT)&#8221;,\u00a0which was successfully\u00a0selected for funding.<\/p>\n<p data-assistant-stream-block=\"\" data-assistant-stream-block-index=\"3\">The aim of\u00a0the\u00a0Consortium of University\u00a0Offices for Strengthening\u00a0Knowledge Transfer Support\u00a0Capacity (UNIK@TT)\u00a0is to strengthen, empower, and connect\u00a0the existing\u00a0Knowledge Transfer Offices\u00a0(KTOs), thereby actively contributing\u00a0to the establishment\u00a0of an efficient, dynamic,\u00a0and well-functioning\u00a0Slovenian innovation ecosystem. The consortium will\u00a0enhance research and\u00a0innovation capacities and\u00a0facilitate the transfer\u00a0of knowledge to\u00a0industry through various\u00a0mechanisms, including\u00a0research and development\u00a0contracts, licensing, spin-offs, and other\u00a0forms of knowledge\u00a0transfer.
